Brazil posts Feb primary surplus of 9.514 bln reais Mar 30th 2012, 13:35 Fri Mar 30, 2012 9:35am EDT BRASÍLIA, March 30 (Reuters) - Brazil posted a consolidated primary budget surplus of 9.514 billion reais ($5.2 billion) in February, the central bank said on Friday. Brazil's debt-to-GDP ratio increased to 37.5 percent last month from 37.2 percent in January.
