Spain's bad loans ratio rises to 10.78 percent in Jan Mar 19th 2013, 09:08 MADRID, March 19 | Tue Mar 19, 2013 5:08am EDT MADRID, March 19 (Reuters) - Spanish banks' bad loans as a proportion of their total loan book increased to 10.78 percent of the total in January from 10.44 percent in December, the Bank of Spain said on Tuesday.
