TORONTO, April 5 (Reuters) - The pace of purchasing activity in the Canadian economy edged down in March from February but remained positive, according to Ivey Purchasing Managers Index data released on Thursday.
The data showed the seasonally adjusted index fell to 63.5 in March from 66.5 in February. Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast a reading of 65.7.
