Australia central bank holds rates at 4.25 pct Apr 3rd 2012, 04:41 SYDNEY, April 3 | Tue Apr 3, 2012 12:41am EDT SYDNEY, April 3 (Reuters) - Australia's central bank on Tuesday kept its main cash rate steady at 4.25 percent, a decision expected by most analysts given policy makers had sounded content with rates barring a marked deterioration in the economy.
