RIO DE JANEIRO, June 27 (Reuters) - Brazil's central bank said on Wednesday it was offering to sell up to 60,000 currency swaps in an auction on Thursday, causing the real to halve its losses for the session.
The real remained about 0.4 percent weaker at 2.081 per U.S. dollar after the announcement.
