BRASILIA Aug 30 (Reuters) - Bank lending spreads in Brazil will gradually converge to international levels as interest rates fall to record lows, President Dilma Rousseff said on Thursday.
Spreads are the difference between the rate at which banks lend and raise funds from depositors.
Rousseff added that the recent interest rate cuts do not put the country's stability at risk.
