LONDON Aug 29 (Reuters) - The euro hit a session high against the dollar on Wednesday after comments in a paper from European Central Bank President Mario Draghi cemented expectations the bank will soon announce measures to tackle the euro zone debt crisis.
The euro rose to $1.25735, up 0.1 percent on the day, nearing an eight-week high of $1.2590.
