BOGOTA Aug 23 (Reuters) - Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos replaced his finance minister on Wednesday in a surprise move and will name current Energy Minister Mauricio Cardenas to take over running Latin America's fourth-largest economy.
Outgoing Finance Minister Juan Carlos Echeverry will be nominated for a top role in the International Monetary Fund, Santos said.
