LONDON Jan 10 (Reuters) - The euro hit a session high against the dollar on Thursday after the European Central Bank kept rates on hold at 0.75 percent, wrongfooting some investors who had positioned for the slight chance of a surprise rate cut.
The euro rose to $1.3115, hitting reported stop loss orders at that level. It was last trading up 0.3 percent on the day at $1.3107.
