MOSCOW, Jan 31 - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday he was concerned that rising interest rates would hit the flow of credit to the economy.
"The rise in interest rates, to a level well above the rate of inflation, is a cause for concern," Putin told a cabinet meeting in the Kremlin expected to approve a five-year government strategy.
